If you place an online order, our secure order form
requests contact, billing, and financial information
(such as your credit card numbers for purchases).
Contact information from the order form is used to
process and ship your order.

liable to any purchaser, or other person, for any injury,
loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental,
special or consequential, regardless of the legal theory

Discreet Shipping
Your privacy is a priority for us. All packages will be
shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or Canada Post
boxes. There will be no labels or advertising on the
box. The return address will be from D.G. Distribution.
Our primary carrier is Canada Post via Expedited Parcel.
We will occasionally ship via UPS at no extra cost to you.
Of course if you just can't wait, we will work with you
and a courier company to fulfill your KINK just as soon
as possible. Just request courier service in the notes
section of your order form. We will contact you to work
out the details.
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping, to Canada
and US, on orders over $100, via Expedited Parcel.
For all other orders there will be a shipping fee of
$8.00 added at the check-out. Average shipping time
is from 5 to 10 business days. Please allow up to an
additional 5 days processing for leather and vinyl
products. Some items are made to order, so it's
just right for you!
Returns
Due to the nature of the products we specialize in, all
sales are final. We will gladly exchange merchandise,
that is defective due to manufacture, within 10 days of
delivery. You will receive a store credit, minus the cost
of shipping, that you can use towards the purchase of
any merchandise in the store.

You will need to have this special number before
shipping the product back to us. Please include the
reason for return in your e-mail and the number of
original invoice.
